We can build an affordable fixed monthly plan for any small business to create and manage your Accounting System so that you can do what you do best; run your business. Our goal is to help you and your business keep what you have earned and deserve.

Small Business Package. For a fixed monthly fee we will provide a Cumulative Statement of Income and Expenses, Balance Sheets and Bank Reconciliation. We will handle the form filing to all tax authorities including Business Personal Property Tax (if applicable); Sales Tax - Monthly or Quarterly; Quarterly Payroll Taxes - Form 941 and State; Federal Unemployment - Form 940; Withholding Statement for Employees - W-2 Forms or 1099s when you provide the data. You will receive unlimited consultation with respect to your Accounting and Tax questions at our office or by phone. We offer convenience. We will pick up and deliver your records monthly. We provide tax planning advice with respect to the new tax laws which affect your business. We will review prior years'tax returns and prepare your business tax return - Schedule C and Self-Employment Tax - Social Security. We will help you with estimated taxes. We prepare Personal, Corporate and Partnership tax returns (Additional Charge). We will represent you before Taxing Authorities at the agent level. (Additional fee to be charged if audit is a result of client's delinquency or relating to an incident occurring prior to the date of engagement).
